During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby to my room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful pool area that could accommodate multiple guests without feeling crowded. The staff, especially Ms. Tia and Maria, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel like a VIP guest. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, despite the hotel being fully booked. Additionally, the breakfast offered convenient options and the server was both pleasant and kind.
